CLIENT-CENTRED BUSINESS PRINCIPLES
We are principled FIGHTERS - Flexible business people who act with Integrity, Goodness and Honesty, work as a Team; and Edify and show Respect to everyone; while providing high quality Service.

FLEXIBILITY
New client needs and new technologies will continue to provide great opportunities for growth in this business. We will be flexible to the impact of these changes, and look for effective ways of incorporating them into our marketing and operational procedures.

INTEGRITY
The integrity of each member of the Team is paramount, and we will all do everything within our power to maintain it. Jody Victor says: "Our word is our worth, and our worth is our word." We represent ourselves by our actions, not just our words.

GOODNESS
We desire to make all business interactions beneficial to everyone involved. It is more important to do good than to make a profit.

HONESTY
We are honest with ourselves, each other, and with everyone with whom we come in contact. We earn the trust of others by our actions and openness.

TEAMWORK
We work as a team - building on the experience, skills and time availability that each of us contributes. Each member's primary focus is to advance the goals of the team - sometimes to the temporary detriment of their personal goals.

EDIFICATION
At all times, we maintain a positive attitude about our team members and business associates. We actively look for ways to compliment everyone. Edification is the glue that holds the team together.

RESPECT
We provide each client with significant value. It is our responsibility to ensure that they understand this value. We always respect where people are at in their lives, and business executives' perceptions of their needs.

SERVICE
We provide quality service to all. Service to others is our reason for being.
