Our Vancouver, BC team offers you Canada's most flexible and best value claim filing services for the Canada Revenue Agency ('CRA') Scientific Research and Experimental Development Tax Credit program (known as SRED or SR&ED), with a specialty in software and other high tech areas. If your SRED projects qualify, you can recover up to 68% of your labour costs.

If you are a repeat SRED filer or only have a small SRED claim, then our proven report-writing and costing templates make it easier for you to do the filing yourself. If you are an experienced SRED filer, then our consulting services can provide reassurance that you are not 'leaving money on the table'.

The standard flat-rate fees for our professional SRED services are based on different levels of our involvement:

$9,500	FULL-SERVICE	We do the costing, report writing and claim filing.
$5,000	EDITING	You use our templates and file the claim; we edit your work.
$2,000+	CONSULTING	We provide advice at the critical decision points.

These fees are lowered for the 2nd and subsequent years. If you prefer to pay when or if you receive confirmation of benefits from CRA ('Contingency Fees'), then we just add a 20% surcharge to our standard fees. If a CRA science auditor comes on-site to review your claim, we only charge for the time involved, up to a maximum of $5,000. (Higher rates apply to out-of-province clients.)
